• T.E.M. examinations of nano-crystalline structures by means of fine deflection (SAED)
• Evaluation of the chemical composition by means of E.D.X.
• Adhesion, scratch and bending strength of coatings
• Hardness and electric module of coatings
• Electrical characterisation of functional layers by means of conductivity determination and impedance spectroscopy
• Determination of surface energy (wet ability)
